Everything you need to know about booking, rooms and how it works.
How much does a session cost?
The price depends on the room and the length of your booking. The minimum booking is four hours. Drop us a line about what you have in mind and we'll send you a quote tailored to your project.
How quickly will I get a quote, and how far ahead should I book?
You'll receive a quote within 48 hours of your request. We recommend booking about two weeks in advance, but short-notice sessions are possible if we still have dates available.
Can I bring my own engineer?
Of course. A member of our team will always be there as well. They know the rooms and the equipment and make sure your session runs smoothly.
Which room suits my project?
Studio A (180 m², 1.2 s reverb) is ideal for bands, ensembles and solo artists. Studio B (270 m², up to 4 s reverb) is perfect for large, natural acoustics, orchestras and film shoots. Studio C (66 m² with daylight, two booths and a Steinway A grand piano) suits smaller line-ups and controlled sound. If you're not sure, we're happy to advise you.
Do you also record live sessions with video?
Yes, live sessions with video are one of our specialities. Studio A and Studio B have 8 m ceilings and a look you'll hardly find anywhere else in Berlin. For more intimate sessions, Studio C offers daylight, a Steinway A grand piano and a cosy atmosphere. Tell us about your idea and we'll plan sound and picture together.
Do you mix and master recordings made elsewhere?
Of course. Send us your tracks and we'll take care of mixing and mastering in our control room. You don't even need to come to Berlin.
Do you work in English?
Absolutely. We work in German and English, and sessions with international artists are part of our everyday work.
How do I get to you, and is there parking?
You'll find us in a former brewery at Am Schweizer Garten 82–84, 10407 Berlin (Google Maps). There's plenty of parking in our own courtyard, and you can unload your gear at ground level right at the studio.
