Recording Hall
Studio A
180 m² recording room under a Prussian vaulted ceiling, in a former brewery in Berlin.
The Recording Hall
Studio A is our room for natural, open recordings. Its acoustics capture sound with clarity and warmth and reveal even the finest nuances of a performance.
Large, yet controlled
Despite 180 m² and an 8 m ceiling, the room sounds surprisingly balanced. The original Prussian vaulted ceilings diffuse the sound, and the reverb sits at 1.2 seconds: enough for depth without losing clarity.
For every line-up
Solo piano, strings, bands, chamber orchestras or drums: Studio A delivers a balanced, natural sound for every genre. Depending on the project, our 1950s Bechstein E stands here.
